Now I don’t make them like Cody’s grandmother does, but this recipe does come close!
I’ve started recently sharing some of my favorite crockpot recipes, and this one is a classic! It is Crocktober, after all!
Crockpot Pot Roast…mmm!
I’m sure that there are many recipes similar to this online, but here is the way I fix my pot roast in the crockpot…
This recipe is so easy and delicious to make.
To make it, you need a bag of carrots, an onion, a sweet potato, and two pounds of roast.
All I do is simply dump the carrots and chop the onion & sweet potato in chunks.
I lay the meat on top of the vegetables, and turn the crockpot on low for eight hours.
After that, all you do is open your crockpot lid, and tada!
Stay tuned for more Crocktober recipes!
