If you like my page on Facebook, then you would already know that my time at the Downtown Richmond Farmer’s Market was a hit! My sister and I set up shop, and we had a blast talking with vendors and shoppers. Everyone was so receptive and kind to a new booth at the market.
I had set up a sampling of items tat I can make and sell, and then kept track of items everyone seemed interested in. This means that next week I’ll have a larger selection for my customers (hello, more Harry Potter and furbaby merchandise). To keep track of what I’ll be selling, follow my Instagram, where I’ll be posting, posting, posting pictures. (If you can’t tell, that’s my goal this week.)
Speaking of next week, Cody and I will be out of town on our only weekend together of the summer, but my sister, Kelsee, will be there to set up shop. She knows the trick of the trades, and is so helpful! I don’t think I would have been able to do Saturday, if it wasn’t for her.
As much as I thought I was prepared, Saturday was a total eye opener, so I’ll be sharing my own advice for setting up a booth at any kind of vendor’s market.
Is there a favorite product you saw at the market this week? Leave a comment and tell me what it was!
